New science with SDSSV

Resumen

SDSS-IV will finish in mid-2020.  SDSS-V is a 5 year program for both hemispheres, starting in mid-2020. It will need to built two fiber robots to feed the spectrographs (both optical and infrared). There are three Science Programs; Milky Way Mapper, Black Hole Mapper, and Local Volume Mapper.
